BACKGROUND: Pedro is one of the long time T3 guys. Along with Lee Hedges and Dave Love, Pedro was one of the founders of the now defunct NONA. This car has been in Pedro's possession since 1988. Although repainted many years ago this notchback looks factory fresh. Recently the engine was detailed with all '64 correct parts and the original bumper over-riders were added. His car has won many awards and has been featured in a VW magazine article.
